The room was spacious and very clean. However, the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety.

I really enjoyed the King Suite with Sofa Bed! Having a door between the bedroom and living area was a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, and everything felt super clean. Just wished there was a bit more variety at breakfast.

The on-site restaurant is cramped. during busy times, finding a table is a struggle, forcing some guests to leave in search of other options. Breakfast service can be chaotic, with limited space for dining and not enough trays available during peak hours. Additionally, there’s an issue with only one elevator, leading to long waits, especially during busy hours. Noise from nearby traffic can detract from a peaceful morning in the room, and some rooms show signs of wear, like water damage in the closet area.

No gym or pool facilities!!! Room layout lacked a comfortable seating area!!! Elevator situation leads to long waits!!! Restaurant too small for guest number, causing frustration!!!

The staff at Quality were exceptional, particularly Halidou, who went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The room was very spacious, offering what felt like two rooms in one for a comfortable stay. Breakfast options were decent with quick refills, even during busy hours. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within 15 minutes of Old Quebec, making it a great choice for business travelers.

Minor maintenance issues were present, such as a clogged sink in the kitchenette.

Check for that little café across the street. they serve excellent pastries and coffee to kickstart your day.

I stayed in the King Suite with Sofa Bed and really enjoyed the door between the bedroom and living area – such a nice touch! The bed was super comfy, and it was surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. Everything felt very clean, and having a fridge and coffeemaker was handy. Just wished there was more seating – maybe a small couch would have made it perfect.

The location was good easy access to nearby shopping and dining it felt convenient for our family trip. The included breakfast was decent for everyone scrambled eggs and sausage really filled us up especially with six of us and the kids enjoyed the yogurt and fruit.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.
